I am a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Yoga Tune Up® Teacher, and Wellness Educator with over 30 years of experience in personal training and wellness coaching. 

I have a passion for helping people live their best life through movement, motivation, and education. After becoming a trainer in the early 90's during the 'no pain, no gain' era, I ended up with an injury to my low back. One day, while shaving my leg in the shower, I found myself numb from the knee down, which was devastating. 

Fast forward... I consulted an orthopedist and was diagnosed with herniated disks, specifically L4 and L5. In that moment, I decided to rehabilitate my body on my own terms. Three months later, after a combination of chiropractic care, acupuncture, and pilates, my body healed itself. 

This experience was a pivotal point in my life, as I realized that if I could heal myself, I could also help others do the same as a personal trainer and yoga instructor.
